30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You may return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is:
In original condition
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Returned in its original packaging (if possible)

How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at support@alayadecor.com or use our Contact Form on our website. Include:
Order number
Reason for return
2-4 Photos (if the item is damaged or defective or not as specified)
We'll provide return instructions and shipping details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
To protect your rights as a shopper on Alayadecor, we offer a no-reason return policy for most of our products. However, please note that in special circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion.
To qualify for a full refund, please ensure the item meets the following conditions:
- The item must retain its original quality and functionality.
- All accessories and branding labels must be complete and intact.
- The packaging and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
- The returned item and its related accessories (e.g., tags, instructions, warranty cards, etc.) must be complete.
- The item must not be damaged, soiled, or have its anti-counterfeiting labels tampered with.
- The item must not have been activated or authorized, and its appearance must not show irreparable signs of use.
- Any data-related usage must be reasonable and must not affect the functionality of the item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer:
