I run a fairly strict Japandi-style home and this was one of the harder things to find — a wall lamp that doesn't shout. The Vimala just quietly sits there looking beautiful. The light is warm and even. No complaints whatsoever.
I studied design and the Bauhaus aesthetic is one I hold to a high standard. This lamp nails it — the geometry is clean, nothing is unnecessary, and the frosted globe softens the LED without losing the minimal form. It looks timeless not trendy.
I have been styling my home in a Japandi direction and finding the right lighting has been hard. The Vimala is exactly right — the frosted globe reads as quiet and natural and the warm LED suits the earthy palette perfectly. It genuinely belongs in the aesthetic.
I've been searching for a bedside sconce that wasn't too industrial or too traditional. This is perfect — the milky glass softens the LED beautifully. No harsh shadows, just warm ambient light. Already ordered a second one for the other side of the bed.
The lamp itself is lovely — exactly as pictured. The frosted globe gives a really calm, diffused light. My only note is shipping took about 10 days which was a little longer than expected, but the product quality made up for it. Would recommend.
Fantastic lamp overall — the glass shade is beautiful and the warm light transforms any room. I knocked one star only because the cord length was slightly shorter than I expected. Otherwise flawless.
We installed two of these in our hallway and the effect is stunning. The frosted glass creates the most beautiful diffused light. Multiple guests have asked where we bought them. Couldn't be happier.
As someone who studied design, I'm particular about Bauhaus pieces. This lamp nails the aesthetic — functional, beautiful, and timeless. The glass quality is excellent and the light output is perfect.
Photos don't do justice to how elegant this lamp looks on the wall. The glass has a beautiful quality to it — not cheap-looking at all. I put it in my dining area and it creates such a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. Great purchase.
Set this up above my armchair in the reading corner and it is exactly right. The frosted globe diffuses the LED so evenly that there is no eye strain even after hours of reading. The warm tone is also much easier on the eyes than cool white alternatives.
The Bauhaus aesthetic is executed perfectly here. Clean lines, beautiful frosted glass, and a warm diffused glow. This is exactly the kind of lamp that elevates a whole room without demanding attention.
Exactly what I was looking for — a lamp that disappears into the wall while still making a statement. The Vimala achieves this perfectly. Build quality is excellent and shipping was fast.
The lamp is beautiful and the quality is genuinely impressive. Just make sure to measure your wall space before ordering — it's slightly larger than I imagined from the photos. Still love it though.
Had a blank entry wall for two years not knowing what to do with it. Put Vimala sconces there, and it immediately became a focal point. The globe glows beautifully when you walk in and sets a warm tone for the whole home. Simple fix, huge impact.
A lot of lamps arrive without a bulb and then the bulb you buy ruins the effect. The included G9 LED produces exactly the right warm tone through the frosted glass. The whole package is genuinely complete. No trips to the hardware store, no colour temperature guessing.
I work late and wanted a wall lamp that gave warm directional light without straining my eyes. The Vimala beside my reading chair does this perfectly. The frosted glass eliminates glare completely and the ambient spill across the wall is soft and calming. Ideal for evening work.
Ordered the Vimala as a housewarming gift for a friend and when I saw how beautiful it looked in her photos I ordered one immediately for my own living room. Mine arrived in the same clean packaging and looks just as good. This is a genuinely covetable object.
I mounted the Vimala above my bathroom vanity mirror and it transforms the space entirely. The frosted glass glow is flattering and warm — far better than the harsh overhead light I had before. The concealed mount looks very high-end against the marble tiles. Thrilled with it.
I spent weeks comparing Bauhaus-style wall lamps across different price points. The Vimala at this price is extraordinary value. The frosted glass is thick and even, the metal arm is solid, the concealed mount is properly engineered. I cannot find a single compromise. Outstanding.
I am an interior designer and used the Vimala in a residential bedroom renovation. The client was thrilled — she said it looked more expensive than the entire rest of the room combined. The frosted glass quality is consistent and the Bauhaus proportions photograph beautifully. Will use again.
I have a very considered Scandinavian interior — natural materials, neutral tones, clean lines — and the Vimala fits as if it was designed for the space. The frosted glass reads as organic and the matte finish hardware does not compete with anything. Exactly right.
I live in a 1930s art deco apartment and was worried a Bauhaus piece might clash. It does not. The geometric simplicity of the Vimala actually complements the art deco details in the room beautifully. The frosted globe has a period-appropriate quality to it. Wonderful find.
I have a long dining room wall with art prints and mounted three Vimala lamps at intervals between frames. The frosted glow highlights the artwork beautifully and the lamps themselves look like they belong in a gallery. The effect is genuinely editorial. Very pleased.
Most wall lamps have visible mounting hardware that cheapens the look. The Vimala concealed mount is a proper design feature — the lamp appears to float off the wall. My electrician complimented it. Small detail but it elevates the whole thing significantly.
I have tried a lot of wall lamps and nothing comes close to the quality of light the Vimala produces. The frosted glass diffuses the G9 LED into this perfectly even, soft ambient glow — no harsh spots or shadows. My bedroom feels like a calm sanctuary now. Genuinely beautiful.
